Notturno
The characteristic of this Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is given by the nocturnal harvest of the olives at relatively low temperatures to preserve the quality and prevent any unwanted fermentation and to improve the organoleptic characteristics.
This year, for the first time, I experimented with this harvesting technique and the product was awarded with two leaves by the Gambero Rosso 2022 Italian Oils Guide.
It is a blend obtained from cultivars of Coratina, Biacolilla, Roggianella and Dolce di Rossano.This Oil has an energetic green color, an intense fruity flavor, with a balanced level of bitter and spicy.Ideal on grilled meats and vegetables.
